Where do my fault reports go?
Fault reports are sent to up to 3 email addresses specified for each location. The same email will be sent to those 3 emails when a tenant reports a new fault.
Can I get an invoice?
Of course! When you sign up, we'll provide an invoice directly to you.
Where can my tenants download your app?
You can the iOS version of the app here and Android can be found here.
All app updates will go straight to the tenant.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No...our standard opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I cancel my current subscription?
