Your tenants can now install and start using the Refectio app.
Any app updates go straight to them via the app stores so they are up to date.
All faults raised will come straight to your email inbox with a PDF of the fault and any photographs, meaning you'll have fewer phone calls and stressful visits to your office.
You can choose when you deal with the fault.
Once a fault has been fixed, your tenants can mark its being resolved, so you know that it has been dealt with.

For letting agents and property managers, fault reports are sent to up to 3 email addresses for each licence.
For private landlords, fault reports will be sent to one email address.
A daily email will be sent if any reports are outstanding for all license types.
After the 2 week trial, we'll send you an invoice for the 12 month month licence period unless you've cancelled.
If you prefer to pay via standing order over ten instalments, please contact us before the trial period ends. Please note, we do not currently offer this method of payment for private landlords
All plans come with a 14-day trial period. At the end of this, you will be invoiced for the plan which best suits your needs.
If you don't want to continue with refectio, please cancel your plan during the trial period by getting in touch with us.
The refectio app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play.
We will also supply you with a pack containing our logos, which can be uploaded onto your website, into emails and added as part of other documentation to promote it to them.
Alternatively, your tenants can search on the App Store or Google Play.
All app updates will go straight to the tenant.
Our app and associated APIs are monitored 24/7 for any faults. However, our standard refectio opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
All data is stored in compliance with European GDPR requirements.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Our Data Processing Agreement provides you with certain information that we are obliged to make you aware of under UK data protection legislation. It sets out the basis on which we will process your personal data.
